Questions
Can SECURECORDS really not see my results?
Correct. Your browser encrypts every record before it's sent, using a key that's locked with your password. We store only the encrypted data and never receive your password or key. We can see your email address and how many records you have — not what they contain. How it works in detail.
What happens if I forget my password?
Use the recovery key you saved at signup to set a new password. Because we never hold your key, we can't reset it for you — if you lose both your password and your recovery key, the data can't be recovered by anyone.
Does SECURECORDS diagnose anything or give medical advice?
No. It's a personal tracker: it shows your values against standard clinical reference ranges and published research estimates such as Phenotypic Age. Please discuss your results with a qualified health professional.
Which tests can I track?
More than 50 built-in markers across metabolic & kidney, lipids, liver, CBC, thyroid, inflammation and vitamins & minerals, plus vitals such as blood pressure, BMI, resting heart rate and home glucose. Anything else can be added as a custom biomarker. See the full list.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. A complete download of all your records (JSON) is included in every plan, including Free. Spreadsheet (CSV) exports and PDF reports are part of Plus and Pro.
